Beloved Bus Driver Gets Dying Wish: A School Bus Casket

Glen Davis drove a school bus in Minnesota for 55 years.

After his death February 15th at the age of 88, a friend of his, owner of the Hindt Funeral Home helped his idea of being buried in a school bus casket come true. Originally something Glen joked about, but was delighted when he saw the casket (seen below) come to fruition, excitedly showing pictures of it to anyone who cared to look before he passed.

Students on his bus called Davis "Glennie," and his track record was as good on the road as with his passengers, driving children for 55 years without a single accident.
